The hybrid design is simple, comfortable, and deliberately unstructured. The loose, pliable upper allows the foot to flex, bend, and absorb shock naturally. This shoe has a soft, molded EVA footbed and a flexible rubber EVA Happy U sole.

| Very comfortable footwear with or without socks. Other reviews have suggested getting a size larger or half a size smaller than your actual shoe size, but I bought them in my exact size and they fit fine, but are a bit difficult to put on. I probably should've gotten half a size larger, but I think they will stretch a bit. |

| These shoes are great. They are all I wear. Never had a more comfortable shoe. Order a size up. Everyone will like you if you wear these shoes. |

| I've been in a lot of pain because of a neuroma, which is a pinched nerve, in my foot. My pain started close to a year ago. Surgery was the next step because it wouldn't get better. I started wearing Sanuks and sandals because of the pain with wearing regular shoes. This was the only foot wear besides sandals that didn't give me problems. They are actually considered sandals. Wearing sandals to work probably wouldn't go over too well but these look more like shoes. I'm still wearing them because they are so comfortable. |

| Love it man. These shoes are so comfortable. I can even run in them. They are made for flat footers though, because even though the 7's fit me better length wise, they are just too tight on the top of my foot. |

| Socks with sandals are a no no, but.... with a sandal that looks like a shoe but feels like a sandal it's your choice. Either way the comfort of this footwear is irrefutable. Slip them on and surf the sidewalks and as someone previously observed,"everyone will like you". Even if that's not true, you'll like yourself for buying these. I wear them inside as slippers and outside during heavy combat. |

| These are by far the most comfortable shoes/sandals I have ever bought. I've only worn them twice but both times I forgot they were even on my feet! I think the only drawback is the black color makes your foot heat up on a hot day...but if you're close to the water...problem is solved! Would definitely buy in a different color when these ones wear out! |

| My oldest son, 22, wanted a new pair of Sanuk shoes ( which call themselves "sandals" ) but we couldn't find them at our two closest EMS stores where we usually buy them. But Amazon had them at a good price so I bought them and had them sent directly to him when he went back to Boulder. Can I tell you how much these shoes are loved in my house ? All three + 1 of my kids ( son, daughter 20, her boyfriend 22, and the youngest son, 17 ) live in these shoes when they are not in their rock climbing shoes or doing yoga. These shoes are comfy, cool looking, last a good long time, wash well with a scrub brush and some soapy water, and your second pair smashes down well in the suitcase for travel. They don't have arch supports but the kids all swear they are their favorite shoes and they are comfy enough to wear day in day out every day of the year. Some have venting in them while others have fluff for a little warmth. Most are canvas. They are all great !!!!! |

| I am a huge fan of Sanuk. These are my second pair of Kerouacs and I couldn't be happier! They are the most comfortable shoes I own and I wear them every all the time! A great buy! |
