This carbon-fiber, stainless-steel men's watch from Magico features a bold, classic look for stylish everyday wear. The masculine, 46-millimenter stainless-steel case presents the black, carbon-fiber dial. This light, but incredibly sturdy dial features large, white hour indicators and small white minute indexes, luminous, creatively designed hour and minute hands, and a slender, white seconds hand. The date displays at three o'clock and the unidirectional bezel caps the entire case with urban-inspired Arabic numerals from 05-55 at each increment of five. The sturdy, stainless-steel band provides an elegant accent with modern appeal, and closes with a deployment-clasp for a snug, secure fit. This timepiece sports automatic movement, includes a watch winder, and is water resistant up to 660 feet.

Just received the watch in the mail today - and I was pleasantly surprised!
The watch case itself is nicely sized. The carbon fiber face is beautiful, with nice depth to it. The markers and hands are easy to see and easy to read. The date is a little small - but not hard to see. The bracelet is very comfortable and has great heft to it - it feels very solid. Overall the watch feels very good on the wrist, and has good weight to it (weighs just over 200 grams).
The winder is very nice - and is adjustable for various watch movements. You can flip it between turning the watch clockwise, counterclockwise, or you can have the winder alternate between rotations.
This is a fantastic deal! The winder alone costs more than this on other websites! |

Who's Magico? I never even heard of it until I stumbled across them during a search in Amazon. I'm glad I did. All of them are huge and utilize the very dependable Miyota movement. I can't believe how inexpensive these things are. I would rival them to the Crotons and some Invictas. I think these are actually a little better constructed than the lesser expensive Crotons. They look great on the wrist and have very good heft. I'm impressed with these watches and consider stumbling across them very fortunate for me. They are a great addition to my collection. I want to try and collect every color of this model. So far I have three.
I have also purchased some of the square Magico watches on Amazon. They are just as good as these. Might not have the water resistance as the diver's models, but just as good none the less. I picked up the all black IP square model and it is the best Magico watch I have picked up so far. This thing is beautiful. The black IP band is better blackened than all of the other black IP watches I have to include my Swiss Legends.
A few of the Magico watches I have purchased also came with watch winders. They are excellent and much better than the one that came with my Croton. The watch winders are the exact same ones that come with the Swiss Legends, just different color. They work great, turning the watch every so often saving energy and winding just enough to keep a watch wound when placed in the winder fully wound (I learned that by reading the reviews and take your suggestions seriously).
Pros:
Price, huge size, solid Miyota movement, looks great, ease of band adjustment, weight.
Cons:
I honestly cannot find anything wrong with these watches. I do pick apart my watches in reviews (see my other reviews), but that's only if there is something wrong with them, or there's some quark, or if something can be better. Some might think that the stainless bezel with the stainless band makes it dull, but that along with the sheer size of the thing is what gives it personality, making it very corporate looking. It's no little "pansy" watch and some of the bigger diver watches I have.
At this price, you can afford to grab a few to coordinate. Why not, you can't afford to pass them up if you want a few great looking automatic watches to match your daily wardrobe.
As soon as they are available, I suggest buying them. It seems I'm not the only one who stumbled upon these diamonds in the ruff.
(This review is the same for all my Magico watches I have purchased)

| This watch is extremely well made with a reliable Citizen movement. It looks great and for a such a large and heavy watch it is surprisingly comfortable to wear. The winder is an added plus. It is well made and runs well. It is worth the cost alone which is like getting the watch for free! |

| My friend who has a huge watch collection had this same watch sitting on his table the other night. All though his has the carbon fiber accents and bracelet. I liked the look and he said it has been solid and keeps good time. He has had the watch for a couple years. Found this the same night online for [...], plus the winder! I like the finish on this thing, brushed steel and not shiny bling. Good size and heavy, plus a solid auto movement. The rotating bezel is my only complaint. A little sloppy on the tolerences(Anyone have the same issue)something that I can live with. No instructions for the watch or winder, no actual watch box, came in the winder. No biggie! Watch is new, and works. [...], Fricken Outstanding. |
Cannot Get A Better Deal!

It was a clearance price of around $44 and the last thing I really needed was another divers watch. But with a travel winder and getting the watch for 'free' how could I pass on this?
I belong to a watch forum and others have posted how it is a decent watch and for the current price it was a steal. When it arrived I was not expecting what I received. This watch is a tank it is heavy (solid 316L stainless links) with a really nice hidden dual deployment clasp. The bracelet alone makes this watch stand out above my others divers, the clasp is totally hidden and seamless, they are true five piece solid SS links, I was impressed and I own over 60 watches.
But what really set me back was the depth of the carbon fiber. It looks like the markers and name are just floating on air. It has a real 3-D look to the dial face. The lume is very good. Accuracy seems tolerable and runs about 30 seconds a day fast. The combination of brushed SS and the deep black carbon fiber really set this off. For $44 had I known this watch was going to be this impressive for the money I should have bought several for gifts. I thought I would have another "beater" work watch but no, this one is going to stay off my wrist for working on the cars etc. I do like this watch and if you can grab this for <$80 I would it is easily worth three times what I paid for this watch alone. My only regret is I didn't buy more!
I have only had it a short time, so I really cannot comment on longevity, but so far the build quality, materials and finish rate with some of my better watches costing $100's more. I don't think you can even get a winder for what I paid for this combo. Too bad they are out of stock, hope they return. I have read that others that have bought the other colors have reported the carbon fiber dials to be flat and lifeless. It is true the black give off a 3-D look while apparently the other colors are bland. So while most of us have plenty of black faced watches, this one is worth adding to the collection if you don't have a heavy divers carbon fiber. |
Surprisingly nice watch and winder

| I bought this package primarily for the winder, thinking that at such a low price for both, how could the watch be any good. It turns out the watch, even though heavy, is comfortable to wear, is very well made with a quality Japanese movement, and in all respects is a fine watch. The winder also works well. Altogether, this was a great bargain. I hope it comes up again. |
Deal of the century!

| This watch is a good value at 2 or 3 times the price! Beautiful stainless bracelet, simple and elegant dial with carbon fiber for a high-tech touch. Big case is just the right size and very comfortable. I have big wrists, so I love the larger watches. The Miyota automatic movement is a workhorse and very accurate. I get a lot of compliments, and everyone thinks the watch is 10 times more expensive than it is. The included winder has come in handy, and was worth the purchase price alone. I can't believe I paid less than $50 for the set! Thanks, Amazon! |
