This rack works well. Using indirect heat, a drip pan with a little water in it to catch the grease and create a little moisture and you are set to go! The rack holds more than you think it will hold. Can be used for chicken breasts, quarters, etc. also. I spray my racks with a little olive oil before I put everything on the grill...this helps with the clean up....makes that job allot easier.

I needed a way to hold slabs of ribs in my gas fired smoker - without taking up all the shelf space. This rack works perfectly for that. Fits on one shelf of my smoker, holds four half racks of ribs between the uprights and two more half racks by leaning them up against the ends. Since we get our baby back ribs packed three full racks to a package this works out great. I have to cut the racks of ribs into two to fit them into the smoker so this wire rack accommodates them all. Price is right for the problem it solves.

Another great Weber product. No stick, cleans easily, and frees up lots of room on the smoker for extra ribs.

Fits my smoker well, and since I have 4 shelves, I can do 4 racks comfortably with plenty of room....I just have too remove 2 shelves and space them apart to fit....

I've only used it once but I liked it. It isn't a product that I'll use alot but it was worth the $$. I would recommend this product.

Weber Rib Racks hold up for years. Works perfect for many meats.
Forget Deep Frying Chicken Wings. Wash whole wings, put in zip bag with your favorite seasoning and a little oil (our favorite is Cajun Seasoning by Tones), swish around to distribute seasoning, store in refrigerator if hours until cook time. Place the wings with the wing tips over the top of the rack and slow/medium grill until skin is golden and crispy. Serve as is or toss with your favoirte wing or BQ Sauce (warmed is best) and serve. You'll get rave reviews! |
